Areas of the Pub are available for private hire for parties up to 150 people. We have the perfect solutions to all of your function needs, from weddings to conferences, film crew, work do’s and product launches - anything you can think of.

The Back Sofa - A snug area at the back of the pub which provides for parties up to 30-40 people. It comprises sofas, armchairs and a couple of tables for eating if required.

The Front Sofa and Tables. If required we can provide a sit-down meal for approximately 25 people whether casual or formal. Perfect for a Sunday lunch soirée.

For larger drinks parties we combine the whole of the bar area (excluding the restaurant tables) accommodating up to 80 people for your function. In addition your guests will have direct access to the front of the pub, enabling an outdoor smoking area.

For weddings, engagement and birthday parties, The Alma can be hired exclusively.

We have a full selection of seasonal menus available which includes finger food, buffet, BBQ’s, 2 or 3 (seated) courses menu and celebration cakes. We will always design the menu with you paying particular attention to your personal tastes and budget.

We are happy to open outside our normal operating hours for larger functions & groups.
