For those who don't know, we have a Wine Club at The Alma.

We meet once a month with a max of 12 people per tasting. It's an excellent informal way of exploring the wonderful world of wine.

We usually taste a minimum of 6 wines, focusing on different grapes, regions, countries and methods and how all of this effects the end product in the bottle.

Groups are small and intimate to enable everyone to gain the most out of the experience, but as such tickets sell quickly.

Priced at £15.00, kickoff 7.30pm for approx 1hr on Wed evenings.

The wines of Germany have an ill-deserved reputation (largely a hangover from the ‘70’s) of being sweet and not very nice.  This could not be further from the truth! We’ll be tasting a selection of very fine German whites & reds that will address this perception and having you booking your flights to visit the Mosel.
